Curricula for each contract are discussed in detail and developed in consultation with the client before the contract is signed . The execution of the contract: language level, the achievement of its objectives and standardisation of tests, is supervised by Ron Mukerji, Director of Studies.
At the request of business clients, training needs of workers are identified and then analysed, which allows us to offer a tailor-made training plan. Then we carry out tests (including on-line tests) and interviews, which enables the division of participants into groups in accordance with their current level of language proficiency and their training needs.
For each level, textbooks and supplemental materials are suggested (e-learning platforms supported). The course program is presented and the objectives are defined to ensure consistency with the expectations outlined in the action plan.
A very important issue in learning is monitoring progress. With regular quizzes and a test in the middle and at the end of the course, the development of the participants can be monitored by both them and us, and through this their potential can be actively influenced. This allows us to respond quickly and further customise our programs to the current needs of a particular group.
At the halfway point of the course participants are presented with a progress report.
We also use a language training management system that allows those responsible for the organisation of training in companies to monitor the performance of employees.
